Back in Costa Rica I worked in a plastic surgery retreat, its cheaper than the states and tons of Americans fly every year to have plastic surgery done. I met people that plastic surgery became an obsession and their facial expressions were laughable, met women who I only saw once in all my time in the hotel. Women who had 2 or 3 babies and of course your body changes and most of them they don't beautiful anymore, low-esteem?, call it the way you want to, after they had their procedures done... tummy tuck, breast lift, arm lift, thigh lift, breast augmentation, Blepharoplasty.. they felt better. And you should see their husbands, bald and fat, but they were happy they were going to look prettier for their husbands. Yes, I have nothing against plastic surgery.

I would totally do it when I get older and I don't like the way I look. As of now, I don't need or want it. I could go for some breast implants. I'm pretty small and guys say gross remarks on how flat I am. It makes me feel like I need implnants, but id never get C's or DD's. I'm not that stupid.
